Misc, Lamp Lighting Time Valley Tabs

This is an old song my Mom dug out of her trunk.  She remembers having a
friend write down the words in
November of 1933.  It was a popular song of the day.
 As she was singing it, the melody was reminiscent of "Red River Valley" 
Don't know the composer/author.  If anyone has more information or
